Composer Jieun LEE and Librettist Jaechung KIM's new opera Kalea, which deals with the climate crisis, rising sea levels, and the future of AI and the environment, will have its world premiere in KEPCO ART CENTER, Seoul, February 2025. Join us in this exciting story that takes place in Butalsoro, a new land for surviving humans set on a future Earth. Become Butali, a new species of Butalsoro, and board the great ship of Opera Butalsoro. Please join us so that the trilogy of Opera Kalea can be completed successfully. Thank you.
